The progress made in information and communication be an important aspect in people’s lives , the computer became the basics of dealing between individuals , companies and establishments
The using of networks are increased lately being as international communication tool in various aspects of life , thereby providing speed , distance and effort for the human being .
The huge using of technologies led to a lot of advantages and benefits along with problems and risks , and giving rise to kind of crimes not were known before called cyber-crime .
The cyber-crimes are defined as practices which made against individual or group with criminal cause with a view to cause physical or mental harm either by assistance of modern communication network such as internet and tools using computer technology or mobiles followed by tools as multimedia messages directly or indirectly as method or purpose to carry out the criminal conduct , whereas for committing the crime required existence technical devices in addition to linked with information network .
The definition of Cyber-crime is not fall out of the crime definition in general , whereas the crime is considering in socially each unlawful act contrary to decency, morality or justice in the community including any breach of rules of the community or hurting to the individuals interests or rights or jeopardizing values , in the general any conduct is punishable socially .
The crime is considered in the legal concept any violation to applicable positive law rules either such rules related to criminal law or other laws , regardless of different definitions but all of them are considered as attempt to evolve of comprehensive definition for all aspects related to the crime , therefore the crime in criminal concept is defined as any positive or negative conduct are criminalized by law and set penalties or actions as conduct constitute acts of aggression against interests protected by criminal law .
